WHO WE ARE
Established in 1998, MISSION GRANBURY is Hood County's largest non-profit organization with a unique service model that includes nine interrelated social service programs under one roof. Through strong collaboration with other local organizations and a wide range of resources, Mission Granbury is the community hub for centralizing resources to provide for those in need or in crisis. We strive to treat each person with dignity and respect. Our programs include the Ada Carey Shelter for Women and Children, serving victims from Hood, Somervell, Erath, Tarrant, Dallas and other surrounding counties, C.A.S.A. of Hood/Somervell Counties, a weekly Food Pantry, Emergency Assistance Network providing help with rent, utilities, medication, emergency shelter and other needs, Veteran's Assistance, Senior Care, Non-Residential Victims Services and a Resale Shoppe that generates program revenue and provides free clothing and household items to those starting over or recovering from a natural disaster.
Mission Granbury is a 501(c)3 organization and donations are tax deductible.
