DATA SUPPORT CLERK/PART-TIME/Mission Granbury Resource Center
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Support Clerk to review, collate, verify, and manage reports for multiple programs across various software platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be proficient in handling large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency. This role is essential to ensuring the integrity and reliability of data used for decision-making and reporting across the organization.
This is .80 FTE position (32 hours per week).

DONATIONS COORDINATOR/NEW BEGINNINGS RESALE SHOPPE
General Duties
-
Oversees all facets of donations area including donor communication, previewing, and assessing furniture donations and managing delivery or pick-up of furniture.

Oversees and manages all volunteer activity in donations area including pricing of all donated goods, moving inventory from donations to the floor, ensuring smooth continual flow

Is fully capable of opening and closing shop, running checkout counter including the register and following cash handling policies and acts as backup when necessary

Works Monday through Friday; manages all aspects of shop operations on Monday

Ensures customers and donors receive friendly, courteous, and thankful customer service

Ensures customers, volunteers, MG clients and staff are treated equally and respectfully

Must be comfortable working with a large group of volunteers from varied backgrounds and with a wide range of experience

Assist with receiving donations, sorting and helping with placement on floor as necessary
-
Assist Resale Shoppe Manager with facility maintenance to ensure a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment, while adhering to safety requirements.

Assists with restocking supplies in the breakroom, restrooms, donation sorting area and check out desk as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Resale Shoppe Manager.
Work Experience and Skill Requirement

Customer service experience essential, previous experience working with volunteers desirable
-
Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday

Must be able to lift 70lbs.

This position requires bending, stooping, lifting, standing for long periods on cement flooring and/or using personal protection equipment when appropriate.
Education Requirement: High School Diploma/GED Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour

PRN Shelter Advocate/Ada Carey Family Violence Shelter
Work to make a Difference! Are you a night owl or maybe you’d like a weekend job to bring in extra income? Do you want to be part of team that changes the lives of abused women and children? If you answered yes, apply to become an Advocate at Mission Granbury’s Ada Carey Family Violence Shelter. We are seeking PRN advocates to cover evening and weekend shifts. Successful candidate will be motivated, organized and dependable and have a passion for helping others. Duties include assisting with crisis intervention, answering the crisis hotline, and providing advocacy and other supportive services to victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault.
Advocates must pass a criminal background check, have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
